Job Profile:
  • Generate new database from various engineering websites for cold calling
  • Identify and understand prospects’ current design setup
  • Generate new leads from engineering, manufacturing sectors through telephonic conversation
  • Generate product or service interest for prospects by providing them benefits and information about product
  • Segment database as per clients’ applications, manufacturing/engineering products
  • Pitch company products and/or services
  • Do cold calls for developing new business
  • Set up appointments with customers for demonstrations and provide information of representative who will provide demonstrations
  • Convey successful leads and appointment data to concerned sales representatives
  • Emphasize on product features and benefit, quote prices
  • Make follow up calls to prospects who have shown interest during initial contact.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide callers with product and service information.
  • Anticipate questions that may be asked during phone calls and prepare for them by employing effective answering techniques
  • Analyse sales trends and competition information and tailor unique sales approach to ensure efficacy of call
  • Organize successful customer meets, promotional events, etc
  • Send event invitations and make cold calls to invite prospects for the event
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing Clients
  • Prepare various monthly reports and maintain entire database
