Job Profile:
  • Answer phones and solve queries.
  • Data Entry, Data Management in proper way.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Arrange appointments..
  • Send email, Faxes and outdoor couriers
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Monitoring Housekeeping Activities.
  • Update appointment calendars.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Cold calling to existing customers, as and when required.
